So it depends on your definition of summer - meteorological, astrological, Minnesotical (in which summer ends after the State Fair) or Sarahlogical, in which the last weekend of summer always coincides with the last weekend at the lake, regardless of what the calendar day is. So - summer is officially over at our house. We had a lovely last weekend at the lake - gorgeous temps, a nice sail, and even a last dip in the lake.
Here's Papa and his helpers doing dishes. Wish they'd help me at our house!!
Naia is so brave on the boat. She bounces and jumps around like she is on land. Hence, she is in her life jacket the entire weekend. I'm shocked that she didn't end up in the lake (on accident) once this summer. There's always next year I suppose.
So now our schedule includes ECFE once a week and we get together for playdates about once a month. We just joined the Children's Museum so hoping to make it there more often too. Fall is just beginning!!

Hooray! One good thing about summer ending: the Brass family is free on the weekend!
I love the cute pic of your little dishwashers.
